START WHERE YOU ARE. GROW WHERE YOU'RE CALLED.

My approach to therapy is integrated across multiple modalities. I do not use a one-size fits all approach and am a strong believer in the idea that you are an expert on your own experience. My role is to guide you towards alignment with that which is true and authentic to you. Depending on where you are at in your life, this is often not an easy task. My role is to meet you where you are at in changing, help you gain clarity on what is most meaningful in your life- what give you purpose and passion- and aid you in engaging with what is most meaningful on a day to day basis.

There may be blockages to changing or getting clarity on your internal compass. Things like trauma, anxiety or depression can muddy the lens of your navigation system. I use research-supported interventions such as cognitive processing therapy (CPT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based interventions alongside somatic approaches. I consider a holistic understanding of a client's background including but not limited to personal and universal cultural considerations, relational dynamics and intergenerational dynamics is considered crucial to therapy process and interwoven throughout.

Ultimately, my therapeutic work is about creating a space that is compassionate and open where clients feel deeply seen, healing can occur and reconnection with your authentic self - the self that has always been there but may be buried under life experiences or societal expectations- can emerge and grow.
